She understands how the voice can be used differently to achieve the desired outcome in different projects. At the age of 3, Rachael West began reading the ingredients off the back of salad dressing bottles and driving her mother crazy. "Parrot Talk" was her favorite computer program because she could talk into the microphone and play back what she had just said. Rachael went to college for Theatre and got her degree in Acting and Directing. At the same time, she started working at a local radio station after one of their promotions people talked to her at an event and liked her voice. This began what would be an 8 year career in radio. After radio, Rachael West built her home studio and started working full time as a voice talent for local clients, national clients and eventually international clients. Rachael West has voiced thousands of radio spots, narrations for website videos and television commercials. She has also helped several companies with their on-hold phone messaging, voiced characters for video games and animation and many more projects she can't even list!
