I have voiced well over 1000 (aired) radio commercials. I have voiced tv tags and liners (local market) On occasion I provide laugh tracks for various little projects, a quick vixen or A.I. word here or there for a club spot effect, and have done off the cuff sound effects for commercial production reasons, including barking like a dog and crying like a baby.
I voiced an animated project and a couple animated educational games. I have voiced Dollar/Thrifty rental car navigation units for several of the islands in Hawaii. I have narrated books on ACX. I have lent my voice to a few dot-com's and also short videos online, one of them being for Seasons Gardens.
I have done message on hold recordings for several different tour / travel companies in Hawaii, and voicemail greetings for other companies in the United States.
I have been used as an effect for personal intro's or supplied actual liners for dj's over the airwaves and the internet in the States and around the globe.
My voice has been a part of a few dj's club shows and has also been used for dj drops / station imaging for broadcasts, podcasts and streaming stations.
I have taken voice over coaching/classes under the instruction of Debbie Monroe, Pat Fraley, Mariia Pechenova(singing), Lisa Biggs, Gabby Nistco and Dave Walsh.
My training:
I had previous acting training when I was younger from camps, and workshops as well as private lessons with Bruce Ducat, and more recently with A. Gacis.
I began to work with a mic in Italy where I was recorded singing a few songs with members of the U.S.Navy band.
Move ahead a few years (2006) and I was in Hawaii working at a radio station and I did my first spot, "the return of the Taro pie at McDonalds." I got a taste, chance, and sucked every opportunity in the production studio from that day on. I lost count of all the spots I produced and voiced while in Hawaii. I worked at an internet radio station with Ron Jacobs in 2008 and continued doing freelance voice overs until 2009. For several years, I mostly voiced projects for Friends and created music mixdowns (pageant and cheer music mixes)
I took a few improv classes at a local comedy house during my time off.
I resumed voice overs (freelance) in 2016.
I have a Radio Production Certificate and a Music Production Certificate
I am currently a part of a production hub making and voicing radio commercials all across the country.
*easy access to studio
*personal recording equipment includes an m-audio pre-amp and several types of mic's (Dynamic / Condenser etc) and a usb mic with built in pre-amp for emergency situations.
*I use Adobe Audition
I can multi-task with the best of them. I am great on the internet.
I think of my imagination and playful side as a skill, because it requires discipline.
