My voice is often described as a rich, deep, distinguished, big, resonant and distinctive bass voice with a “basso profundo” vocal range. It is also described as warm, sincere, authoritative friendly, professional, corporate, articulate, authentic, believable, comforting, soothing, rich, powerful, serious, informative, warm and distinguished, credible, strong, good guy, charismatic, appealing, dominant, wise, pleasing, persuasive, approachable, trustworthy, calming, authentic, voice of god, genuine and compassionate. My voice is accent free North American along the lines of Sam Elliott, Morgan Freeman, Mike Rowe, Dennis Haysbert, James Earl Jones, Sean Connery, Liev Schreiber, Barry White, Don LaFontaine, Liam Neeson & Orson Welles with accents available including Texan, and US Southern (Deep South, Dixie, Delta). A very versatile voice that is an excellent match for technology and business companies, college campuses, as well as elearning, explainer, medical and video narrations.
I am comfortable portraying age ranges from mid-40s to seniors.

- Experience, training, and equipmentI have nineteen years of experience in all voice over formats in radio, television and the internet. My professional home studio includes an isolated recording booth fully equipped with Auralex foam for sound absorption and noise reduction. My studio noise floor meets professional recording studio standards. I use a large diaphragm, polar pattern cardioid type microphone which features a sampling rate to 96kHz, 16/24 bit depth capability and 20 Hz – 20 kHz response. I use a Sony PC with Reaper editing software and a Yahama HS8 studio monitor. I have Source Connect Standard capability.
