Other related work I have done includes a background in radio as an energetic on-air and mobile DJ talent, as well as a professional presentation/seminar speaker, requiring the translation of intricate concepts into a language an average user can understand.   My relevant communication experiences include possession of an FCC commercial radio operator license for over 26 years and worked as an on-air personality, recorded PSAs, station breaks & IDs. My other professional background includes over 20 year's years’ experience in insurance post-enrollment service & consulting/consumer outreach and corporate peer to peer education, adjunct new-hire trainer, and post-training subject matter expert. For over 17 years I have been communicating with people face to face & telephonically regarding insurance sales/marketing and new client on-boarding which requires daily precise recitation and/or voiced explanation of written script in a professional and timely manner. In that same period of time I also have experience as a corporate sales/marketing seminar presenter and hosted as Master of Ceremonies for numerous events.
