I have been in radio as a voice talent, DJ, and program director since 1998. I have worked at a variety of radio formats including urban (hip-hop), urban adult, and adult contemporary.
Radio has taken me to Pennsylvania, Georgia, Florida and now back at home in New York City. Because of this, I've had the opportunity to speak to and connect with various audiences in very different places. Voice acting allows me to put those experiences to good use for whatever kind of read you need.
Part of being involved in the on-air aspect of radio is producing and voicing commercials. In NYC, a lot of times you're only asked to voice a spot and someone else does the rest.
It's not like that everywhere. (LOL)
I spent the majority of my career at stations where you were expected to voice, produce and sometimes write the spot yourself. So I've had many years of on the job training which will only serve to help us get your message across more effectively.
