How to request a refund?

Voice123 understands that people sometimes sign up for our services before they’re ready. So here’s how to request a refund for different memberships.

Platinum Members:

Platinum users don’t need to apply for refunds. If you wish to downgrade, we can credit your account with the remaining balance of your Platinum membership payment.

Voice123 Paid members:

If you’re a first-time paid user, you can request a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of upgrading your account. 

If you downgrade your membership after the first 30 days, the funds left on your account will remain as a credit towards future membership purchases. However, memberships purchased with a discount or credit are non-refundable.
