How does the Voice123 ranking system work?

When you submit a proposal for a project, clients are able to ‘like’ it and create a booking from it. Your ranking score is a percentage of liked proposals out of the total number of proposals you’ve submitted in the past 12 months and bookings that clients have created from those proposals.

Your ranking score gets updated on a weekly basis, and it’s taken into account when Voice123 ranks you for incoming projects. Only the following ranking scores will be seen publicly on a voice actor’s Voice123 profile:

  1. Top 10%
  2. Top 20%
  3. Top 30%

To ensure your ranking score stays as high as possible, only submit proposals to projects for which you are a perfect fit and the type of projects you’d like to be invited to again. This can greatly increase the chance of clients liking your proposals.

You can also share your booking link with clients and ask them to create a free booking with you when you work together.
