What payment methods does Voice123 accept?

We accept online payments via:

  • Major credit cards like:
    • MasterCard
    • Visa
    • American Express
    • Discover
  • Debit cards that are backed by major credit card systems
  • PayPal

Please note we take security very seriously, and we don’t save any credit card information on our own servers.

Can I pay with two different credit cards?

No, all payments must be completed with either a single credit card or a single PayPal account.

Can I get a receipt for my Membership payment?

If you need a receipt for your Voice123 subscription, please request it from help@voice123.com

How to update your ACH or Wire payment settings?

ACH is a direct deposit/bank transfer, so we’ve partnered with Stripe Connect to make it easier and faster to receive payments. With that in mind, if you’d like to receive Secure Payments via ACH or Wire transfer, please take the following steps: 

Step 1: Log into your Voice123 profile.

Step 2: Navigate to the Payment Preferences and complete the missing fields.

Step 3: In the “Payment Method” section, select “ACH / Wire transfer,” then click on “SET ACH / WIRE DETAILS.” You’ll be redirected to Stripe – follow the instructions to create your Stripe account. 

Step 4: You’ll be redirected to Voice123 to do a quick account validation, and then you’ll be all set to receive your next Secure Payment!

IMPORTANT: Your funds will be sent to your local bank account in your local currency. For payments in currencies other than USD, the conversion rate is set by Stripe Connect, and it may vary from day to day. Stripe Connect also takes out a 1% exchange fee. 

If you already have a Stripe account and you want to use it for payments, just input the email you use for your Stripe account on the onboarding page. You will then be able to connect your existing Stripe account to Voice123. 

Remember that if your bank account is in USD, Stripe Connect is completely free, and no extra fees will be charged to you. But if your bank account is in a different currency than USD, you will be charged a 1% exchange fee. Voice123 does not charge the voice actor any fee in order to receive Secure Payments. However, any ACH or Wire fees your bank charges might still apply — so check with your bank if you are in doubt.

Alternatively, if you prefer not to create a Stripe account, you can opt to receive payments via Paypal or Payoneer. These are also the options available to you if Stripe Connect does not support your country — check out this list of supported countries

If you are a non-US resident with a USD bank account, please select the corresponding option on your Payment Preferences. We won’t be able to process any Secure Payments through ACH or Wire until we receive this information. If you are experiencing a delay in receiving your payments, check that your payment information is up to date and complete the steps above so that we can resume processing your payments.
