How does the Invoice Feature work?

Voice123’s Invoice feature streamlines the payment process for voice actors. It allows you to create and send invoices directly to clients, with Secure Payments automatically enabled, so once the client pays, your funds are immediately released via your preferred payment method.

How to use the Invoice Feature

  • Click the Send Invoice button while chatting with a client through the Voice123 messaging system or after sending a proposal.
  • Fill in the necessary details:
    • Proposal (if you have a proposal, link it to boost your ranking score!)
    • Invoice Name
    • Total Amount
    • Additional Payment Details
  • Submit the invoice, which will be reviewed by Voice123’s team and sent to the client.
  • Once the client completes the payment, Voice123’s Finance team will release your funds through your preferred payment method. You can customize your payment settings here.
