* I began in the early 1980s hosting a weekly classical music radio show during my career as a college professor at Texas A&M-Commerce.
* This led to requests to record narrations for film and video projects and other presentations at the college.
* When I joined the private sector in software marketing, I continued to narrate training and marketing videos created for internet distribution for such companies as Dassault Systemes, D P Technology, SolidWorks, WinTool, DATOS Computer AG, Verisurf. and others.
I hold a Ph.D. in music from the University of California - Santa Barbara; and Bachelor and Master's degrees from California State University - Long Beach. I have 22 years teaching experience in higher education and 12 years in private business. I have given live spoken presentations to workshops and conventions to audiences numbering from 250 to over 5,000 and have been a music performer for over 50 years with regional groups for audiences in the hundreds to thousands.
