I began in 1988 at a local, small-town station. From there, I moved on to a medium market cluster. Then to another. And another. With TONS of production experience under my belt, I broke away from the world of day-to-day radio and joined the Learfield Sports team; perhaps the largest sports radio network in America. You can currently hear my spots on the networks of, Oregon State, North Carolina, Penn State, Missouri, Clemson, Alabama, Purdue, Indiana, Wisconsin, San Diego State, Stanford, Kansas State, Iowa, Iowa State and several more. I also have voice overs running on PA announcements at football and basketball games for nearly every school listed above.
I've worked closely with and learned a lot from some great voice talents like Paul Turner, Lance Hildebrand, the late Tuna, Jim Cutler and others.
My degree is not broadcast related... go figure. However, with each day, I learn something new and apply that real-world edumacation to each project. I've learned to listen to the client... listen to the client... and... listen to the client.
I edit all audio on Adobe Audition. I have a high quality Shur mic with a nice Radio Systems board. With that, along with my large audio effects archive, I can do anything.
My writing and brainstorming skills are second to none. If you need an "agency" so to speak, I'm your guy. Do you know how many agencies I work with each day? Do you know how much of THEIR work I do at an extremely high level of quality? LOTS and LOTS. I am a one-man show. I AM an agency. Trust me. I'm in your corner, and I'm a great cut-man.
