My career in voice began while I was studying as an actor back in 1982. At the time I was hired to voice a series of materials used by the university Psychology department to test people's responses to various stimuli. That was followed by a 10 year career as an actor and director in the UK & Canada where I was performed in many roles including promotional work on radio promoting theatrical events, and corporate work speaking to business leaders at all levels of industry. During my time in corporate business T worked writing copy for sales magazines and providing a key point of contact for media concerning film and video releases. That work continues now with a regular (4 times per year) phone in radio show where I discuss upcoming film releases and review upcoming films. I recently began providing voice overs for a local business which required voice for its annual promotion video. Graduate of Queen's University Kingston Ontario with a degree in Theatre with specialities in Acting and Directing Have worked regularly on radio for the past 7 years both in live broadcast and in recording commercials. I also teach public speaking and help others to become more effective in their spoken communication. I am regularly invited as guest speaker to both local community and business groups and am developing a weekly radio show focused on film and entertainment My work as a professional actor has given vast experience working with different texts and types of script this has included productions of Shakespeare through to staged readings of new plays and established works Home studio with recording and editing facilities. Also can get access to radio facilities if required My career has been one that has been immersed in the entertainment industry around the world. I have spent 20 years working in the theatre, film and music business and have a real understanding of how to develop and market my skills throughout the world. I have worked in 26 markets around the world and spent 4 years working in the film industry in Los Angeles and 11 years before that tin the theatre and film/video business in the UK and Europe. My complete understanding of marketing and strong performance background provide me with a unique set of tools with which to meet my clients needs. I can understand what clients are trying to achieve and adapt my performance to their requirements.
