I began doing radio/tv work when i started college in 1998. The first time i stepped in a studio was amazing, and it felt like home, as you all know! I did great in my classes and was able to go on air early. I was the sports anchor for out news casts, and the host for our talk show "On the Spot". I also co-hosted a radio show called "Mayhem til Midnight, and would record ads and promos for our station and our show. It was one of the best experiences of my life and would love to get back into the field. I attended Chabot College in 1998, studying in the field of Mass Com., mainly radio and tv broadcasting. I aced all my major courses and my speech class, but had to leave school before completing my requirements for my AA. The experience was real world, and hands on. I produced, directed and hosted, talk shows and news casts, which required the running of a 20 man production crew, to deliver a live to tape show to air that evening. I run Pro Tools 9, with an M-Audio mobile preamp. I record using a MXL V-87 condenser mic, monitor with M-audio BX5a speakers and use waves plug-ins I record music for myself and others as a hobby. I know from being on camera the energy needed to bring to a performance, and am able to be coached to what should be delivered.
