Experience, training, and equipment
As an American teenager in 70's London, I discovered I had a talent for delivering ADR and other background vocals which needed an American kid (e.g., British-made films for the American market). After a career in the US nuclear submarine force, followed by an executive management career in the private sector, I rediscovered the voiceover business in 2015. I have recorded for such diverse clients as the San Diego Gaslamp Quarter Association, film production companies, audiobook customers, and several online video sales projects.

DAWbox isolation booth; Audio Technica, iRig USB mics; 8 channel recording system w/ Phantom Power, full range of sounds & effects, 4 independent mics (for podcast recording), TriCaster 400 multi-camera production system, including two Canon and two Nikon Audacity, Twisted Wave DAWs; high-speed internet, SourceConnect, Skype connectivity;
Having managed a 300 person division of a Fortune 50 company, I offer the ability to develop and sustain solid professional relationships among the range of technical, administrative and management personnel involved in today's voiceover marketplace. My English background, coupled with the marketing focus of my MBA, make me a triple threat: able to write, perform, and engineer audio tracks to about the 90% level. Known as a collaboration-oriented leader since my days in the Navy, I still treasure the connections I made back in the 80s and beyond.
