I have been in Radio since 1989, and have experienced all avenues in the Radio Industry. I have produced and (dry voiced) many spots both in house and I have also sent them out to other stations and clients. I am currently involved in syndication with two weekly radio program called "Thunder Road", and "Racing Rocks",where I am a weekly contributor. I am also doing voice work for the another Radio Station in Nebraska. I have produced spots for Clothing, Furniture, Interior Decorating Stores, Pet Stores, Mattress Stores, Car Dealerships, Cell Phone Companies, Restaurants, non Traditional Grants, Dentist Offices, Wineries, etc. Along with Voice work, I work with the general public with Remotes, MC events, and work with Clients. Public Service is very important to me. Charity is a big priority for me as well. And lastly, it is an honor to be able to do this ....very satisfying.
I studied Drama and Acting/Speech in my High School years, but did not pursue it in College. My original plan was to be an architect, but life had other plans. That is when I got into Broadcasting, and from then on, my destiny was decided for me, and I am so glad it was. It's been an amazing life! I attend training through CRS (Country Radio Seminar) from the CRB (Country Radio Broadcasters) and have served as an agenda committee member for 2 years. I have attended for 17 years, and consider the training extremely valuable.
I have easy access to the production studio where I work, and I work with Adobe Software...I then am able to MP3 any voice work I do easily, dry or with Music.
update: I have a full studio in my home where i can easily access the software and have production out when it's needed.
I have always liked a challenge and have no problem with deadlines. It's the nature of the business. I am very reliable and am up front about what i can do and can't do.
