Since the early 1990's, I've worked as the Radio and TV voice of Universal Studios Hollywood & Florida, provided narration for the ABC Radio and Television Networks, the US Army, Navy & Marines, Best Western, RealTree Outdoors, Holiday Inn and many more. I've been recording training videos for Cisco Systems since 2015. I also have over a decade of experience as a radio news anchor in the Los Angeles Market. So if you're looking for a news anchor delivery, I can do that too. My voice is heard on thousands of business telephone systems, from the Environmental Protection Agency to the Virginia Lottery to Dominos Pizza. From simple telephone voice prompts, to educational e-learning narrations, DVD instruction manuals to radio and TV voice-overs, I have a voice that offers a familiar, professional tone that catches a listener's attention.
College level instruction includes speech communication, oral interpretation, public speaking and news writing/anchoring. I have attended numerous Los Angeles area voice-over workshops & clinics including one taught by legendary movie trailer announcer Don LaFontaine.
I can deliver next day if not same day. I have my own all digital, Windows based recording setup that includes an Echo Darla Soundcard, Sony's Sound Forge editing software, Neumann mics and Tubessense Thermonic Microphone Pre-Amplifier. I can provide finished product in any format, sampling rate and bit rate required.
In addition to my voice over skills, I've played low brass in various symphonic, jazz and orchestral settings. My knowledge of music in general and phrasing in particular helps my delivery with regard to voicing various projects.
I served 6 years in the United States Navy as an Interior Communications Technician and can comfortably converse using miliary terms, acronyms and jargon. I enjoy highly technical reads and as a result of my experience, I have knowledge of and am comfortable reading copy involving math, electronics, science and the medical industry.
