I am a storyteller. Because of my deep roots in theatre, I understand the importance of simply telling the story. This understanding translates very naturally into my voice over work and has served my work and clients well over my 13 year career. I excel in commercial work and relish the challenge of selling, convincing and persuading in mere seconds or in a sentence or two. I enjoy the anonymous nature of the microphone and am not afraid to try something unique, something unexpected, something big, something intimate. It's all about telling the story. In narration, I find a way to capture the audience through sound without inhibiting the visual experience. In educational or professional presentations, I am able to set the tone and create the energy the client's message or 'story' requires. I have recorded dozens of TV and radio spots including spots for Ford, Hilton, Boston Market, Colorado Tourism, Old Chicago, Village Inn and the Seattle Mariners; training narratives for tech companies including Samsung and Aptara; educational presentations for the Indiana State Government, online promotions and descriptions for Bing and Crocs. I have sung in on camera and radio spots as well. I have done post-production ADR work. I have extensive production experience in theatre and film.
