You don’t have the time to worry about and double check whether “Sesquipedalophobia” or “Pneumomediastinum” have been pronounced correctly and spoken with the inflection of someone who knows what they mean – that’s my job (BTW Sesquipedalophobia is the fear of long words (which I don’t have) and Pneumomediastinum is abnormal air in chest (ouch!)).
