TV Demo videos with voice tracks are at:
I have a distinctive golden radio voice that is recognizable by Southern California. I recorded a voice mail on my phone years ago, and every time someone new hears it, they ask did you work in radio or were you on the air somewhere in Los Angeles?
Most listeners of KNX, KFI, KABC Entertainment Radio Network, CBS radio network, Public Radio, Associated Press Radio Network, UPI Radio Network and NBC Radio Networks recognize it the moment I speak. No one sounds like this voice, and it is a influential, believable and sooth easy listening and deep voice.
At Sempra Energy's SoCalGas Company I hosted quarterly videos introducing various stories in and around The Gas Company. They became so popular, additional dubs had to be made on everything from CO2 poison prevention of heaters to emergency responses during an earthquake and CPR.
At the height of downsizing I created a one of kind Employee Grapevine, which grew from 50 calls daily, to 350 and later 18,500 calls on the call-in, voicemail corporate radio newscast. It feature HR, Vice Presidents of various depts. and it spotlighted outstanding employees, who went beyond the call of duty from saving lives to corporate social responsibility.
My voice has also been heard and used over country western, beautiful music, boss radio, classical, and newstalk formats. It's easy to listen to, and everyone always says, "Where have I heard your voice before."
I have also performed numerous master of ceremony events for awards, special recognition and energetic seminar presentations. I help people rediscover the joy in their job with my voice and special talents.

Additional vocal abilities
Jim Cagney,Tennesee Ernie Ford, Wolfman Jack,"Duke of Earl" a 1962 US number-one song, originally by Gene Chandler and any news announcer in town. I can also imitate a Fish Store owner with a Cleft lip and palate, who's hilarious, but when talks, he's vary serious serious about his store bargains.
I can do the original Tarzan (Johny Wisemiller) call flawlessly. I used to practice it calling my Golden retrievers when I was growing up on a farm. I can also do a little Barry White.
Experience, training, and equipment
Most of my radio and TV career has involved broadcast news. However, when I came to Los Angeles, and joined AFTRA union stations I was called "talent" and took voice over lessons
from the legendary Joannie Becker (she does 18 voices including Lucille Ball). I had to really work at doing
voiceovers so they did not sound like a newsman reading a commercial. She took me to the top working with some of the best announcers in the biz, including Johnny Gun, Robert Parish (Paul Harvey), Thunder Jim Thornton (KNX, KGIL, MAGIC FM and now the new voice of "Wheel of Fortune," and Mike Bingo (LA Morning announcer in the 90's).
