When I was little, I found myself easily able mimick the voices of my favorite movie characters. While this was amusing for my friends and family, it quickly became my first dream to one day be the voice behind the beloved characters that helped to teach me how to laugh, cry and sing in tune. I promise not to disappoint. I have taken vocal coaching and have done alot of narrating and voicing for children's books. Some previous jobs involving my voice include being a vocal coach at the Girls' Rhythm and Rock camp and performing in music and acting with a few inner city programs and non-profit organizations including Transit Arts,Capacity (a former branch of the famous Capa theaters in downtown Columbus, Ohio), singing at the columbus zoo Rwandan Fete hosted by Jack Hanna, beng a guest performer at the Make-A-Wish foundation fundraiser and a repeat performer and presenter for the racial unity Summit for Oneness as well as many festivals and concerts. I've also performed the songs I've written that were placed in films including the movies Yu-gi-Oh and Fat Albert that were both in theaters. I have toured around the U.S. performing my own music when I was signed to Sony as an artist also as a part of a group called Fatty Koo (to give you some perspective on my singing abilities) and starred in a reality show for one season on the BET network as well as doing voice ads on multiple radio stations. I have recorded some creative audio birthday cards. I just really love to use my voice and promise, if you give me the chance, you won't be dissapointed!!!! period. Let me prove myself to you. Thanks I have easy access to a Blue brand condensor mic with a pop filter and foam sound proof canopy, protools and mixcraft software and pc with m-audio equipment for the mic and pc. The studio is equipped with sound proofing foam on the walls and isolated. The software is complete with effects and mixing capabilities. I've worked alot with advertising and promoting on a professional level for my job at Safelite Solutions (where my customers insist that I have a great speaking voice). I'm high spirited and adventurous in the tasks I take on. I have to be as most of them involve getting people to support non-profits and good causes. I love to entertain. I am an absolute people person and unshy about trying on characters for rolls. I will act or sing on the spot for you or gladly record and send in material. I'm trying to break into the business. Most of the jobs or offers I've gotten are by word of mouth from people who've seen me. This is me taking control and actually pursuing it myself hoping for the best. God bless!
