I am known as "One Take Donna" to many of my long-term clients. I have been performing television and radio commercial copy for more than 15 years. Long-term clients include department stores, car dealerships and corporate giants. I also specialize in Industrial Narration, with extensive experience in traditionally difficult language involving medical, oil-industry and financial industry terminology. I am also a former radio and television Reporter and News Anchor as well as Talk Show Host so creating that kind of feel is a natural ability. BA, University of Houston Communications: Radio/TV/Film Former TV News Anchor and Radio Reporter Former TV Show Host Trained as an actor in commercial, television and film both in Houston, Texas and in Los Angeles, California. I use Pro Tools M-Powered 7 on a PC with an MXL V63M Condensor Mike. I send Voice Track by e-mail. For longer narration projects, I have easy access to a fully equipped studio that has all bells and whistles. $125 an hour for the studio, minimum 1 hour, including recording and editing time. I have worked in the voiceover industry for more than 20 years. First as a radio reporter for the #1 all news radio station in the country. I then moved on to television news as a Reporter, then News Anchor for an NBC affiliate in a smaller market. Moving back to Houston, I hosted a 2 hour daily LIVE TV show, featuring book authors, chefs, actors, musicians and other people of interest. I have worked steadily in commercials, both on-camera and as the voice talent. I also work steadily in industrial voiceover and continue to take classes with notable coaches and directors in the Entertainment Industry in Los Angeles, California.
