I was cast in my first VO work after the sound engineer sat in a room with me while I was shooting an on-camera spot. He liked my personality. So when a local Honda dealership was looking for a female voice - he immediately thought of me. That was my first official voiceover work and it turned into a series of 10 spots.
I booked several other radio voiceovers with the same producer.
Since then, I've done voiceovers for medical and corporate videos as well. Most recently for Red Nucleus in Hamilton, NJ, who specializes in medical videos.
I've been a professional actress for 30 years performing on stage as well as on-camer in film, industrials and commercials. I am able to apply those skills to my voice work. I've also studied voiceover techniques with Judith Sullivan in Atlanta, Georgia.
I have a computer and Blue Yeti micropone with Adobe Audition 1.5
I have terrific comedic timing. I also have a great ability to handle medical and technical scripts.
