- Experience, training, and equipment
  Have done auditions for Coors Light, REI, Nike, etc. Voice over training was received from Deborah Richards of Creative Studios in Atlanta, Georgia. Cool Edit Pro I have singing skills which help create great tone and practice often. I can be a backup singer or lead singer on certain songs. I've been in customer service since 1985, both in person and over the telephone and have provided technical support over the telephone since 1986. I once worked a customer service job where we wore different "hats" on each incoming customer service phone call. This allowed me to develop particular voice skills, accents, tones adaptable to each company's needs. I worked with clients from Ford to Budweiser to Kindercare and more.
