Wes Hunter began learning the art of impression's at the age of 6 by locking himself in his bedroom with nothing but a radio, record player and microphone his father gave him. He began singing in church with his entire family where his father preached. Wes Hunter's first live solo performance however was at the age of 12 where he performed a tribute to Elvis Presley @ the County Fair in Natchez, Mississippi taking home a trophey for first place. Wes then joined a band & traveled around performing live shows for several years. He relocated to Chicago at the age of 18 where he worked with AAA Talent agency for 4 years performing singing telegrams. "It was great, this was a great opportunity to showcase all the various voices as well as look of such character's as Elvis, Buddy Holly, Orbison, Prince & Jerry Lee Lewis". Wes performs for many different types of venues & private parties all over the United States & Canada & has recorded with members of the Grand ole Opry. "I've always worked hard to separate my own original music/style/sound from the world of tribute shows but I enjoy both worlds".
