I have a broadcast background; conducted public radio
program in the 80's entitled the Urban Forum in Indianpolis, IN - WXLW Radio. Have done voice for several commercials in the R&B industry in addition to
religious broadcast. Interviewed personalities such as Les Brown, Art Linkletter to mainly name. Acquired the
radio program by being put on the spot by management due
to talent not being available and was given the opportunity to do a weekly program afterwhich that ran for 9 years. I've written and produced commercials.
Radio Stations employed by; WXLW - 950AM, WTLC-FM 105.7,
WXTZ -Easy Listning, WPZZ - Urban Gospel - FM - All of
which are located in Indianpolis, IN. These positions ranged from the early 80's through late 90's.
I have over 60+ college hours towards a business admin
degree; numerous classes, workshops in public speaking; have been a member of toastmasters. Communications class at Indiana Tech -tested out with an A Average.

I do not have my own studio; I do attend a church that
has the state of the art equipment; would prefer going to a studio in the area as our communication's director at our church is not available every day.
I would like for clients to know that I have taught in the Virginia Beach City Schools and also the Virginia Beach Rec. Centers. Taught Poise and Etiquette for 4 years at the Rec. Ctr. along with off site teaching for
Ford, Inc. in addition to "Reading with Phonics".
I currently caregive for my mother; an 851/2 yr. old who has dementia in addition to being a mortgage broker.
In the past, I was a state employee for the State of Indiana for 10 yrs ranging from Clerk II to Executive Secretary. I have served in the US Army Reserves for a 12 year period, honorably discharged as E-5 over 12.
I was employed as a stenographer and worked mainly for
administrative officers. In addition to being a stenographer, I was also a dental assistant, completing the one yr. training and graduating from Fitsimmons Army Medical Ctr, in 1985, but found that it was not actually suited for me due to my dislike for the site of blood.
As a teen, I was extremly active in Spanish Club, FBLA, FSA, Choir and literature, and was interviewd by WTHR in my youth and was intrigued in the area of broadcast media and have since had a desire to enter the broadcast industry.
