I began my career back in 1973, just before graduating from High School. I was involved in theater from Junior High, through High School & College, and then in community theater afterwards. Beginning in High School I was cast in a variety of roles that demanded a wide range of voices, dialects and inflections. In addition I ended up playing a wide age range. During my senior year I was sought after for sports announcing and began doing voice over work for short films, commercials, and documentaries.
I have continued to act, perform as a professional magician, teach drama, and work on set design within the theater environment, but have only recently rekindled my love for voice-over. Watch out world.
I began acting and developing a wide range of voices and style in Junior High School. Beginning my senior year of High School and continuing for 8 years I was part of a road troop that traveled the country for 10 weeks every summer performing virtually every night we were on the road. So over the eight years I was on stage for over 500 performances as over 20 different characters.
I took several acting/theater classes while attending Cal Poly University, but most of my training/experience has been through long years of actually being in the trenches.
I have been involved in music most of my life and have performed in several orchestras, bands, and ensembles.
This has helped fine tune my "ear" and pacing.
I have a very rounded experience in the arts that has allowed me to feel the voice, the character and know them at a deeper level.

Having been both an actor and a magician, I have a diverse range of vocal styles, inflections, and pacings. I also am very aware of the drama, background, and back-stories of any voice I am doing.
