28 years ago, when I opened PowerHouse Recording Studio and Jingle Factory Productions in Las Vegas, I had no idea how far the industry would progress in sheer size and scope. Back then, I would do a few voiceovers just to sell a jingle to a mom and pop store for a few bucks to keep the doors open.
Today, after producing thousands of voiceovers and jingles the studio no longer exists, but some of my commercials and jingles are still playing in Vegas and other places around the country today. For years I was the voice of Wild West Sound and Video, a large Vegas retailer who tried to emulate the success of Crazy Eddie's in New York. They dressed me up in a straight jacket and fright wig, and I'd scream "These prices are JUST CRAZY!" and the camera would shake a bit. Not the most politically correct approach today, but it worked well back then and kind of put me on the map. After that I was busy all the time. The local Independent TV station (KVVU Channel 5) which was owned by Johnny Carson at the time, hired me to create a jingle and campaign. I came up with "We got a good thing goin' on 5" and won an ADDY award. Then another for channel 13 in Vegas, channel 26 in Alberquerque, Channel 4 Miami, Channel 6 New Orleans. When I sold the business and moved to L.A. I had seventeen Addy's, a BPME Gold Medallion and Silver Medallion award, and a demo reel good enough to get me with a good agency.
I enjoyed a modicum of success doing voiceovers and forgettable bit parts in a few "B" movies (Nightmare On Elm Street 3, Invasion Earth, etc.)
Currently I live and work in Las Vegas, Nevada producing spots for radio and Television, ocassionally traveling and playing guitar for Tony Orlando, and working with a famous jingle writer Tony Wine who, among many others, has written the famous "You Deserve A Break Today" with Barry Manilow and "Meow Meow Meow Meow" for Purina cat chow.
Aside from a few acting lessons in Los Angeles, my experience has mostly been on the job training for the last forty years. Yes, I was terrible when I started and I'm very good now, and that to me, is the best kind of training you can get.
I've been a musician for the same amount of time and was lucky enough to get my big break back in the seventies when I was just a youngster and Bobby Darin heard me play guitar and hired me on the spot. After that I was working and traveling constantly with Tony Orlando & Dawn, Kenny Rodgers, Paul Anka, Roger Miller, and dozens of other musical celebrities. Needless to say, this enabled me to take advantage of many performing situations in the acting and voiceover field as well.

I can have any voiceover done and delivered by email or overnight delivery in 24 hours or less, unless of course, it's reading an audiobook or a training film-something that obviously would take longer. The format can be mp3, WAV file, or simply an audio CD.
I'm able to put background music to any spot and if need be I can produce the whole spot from scratch.
As mentioned I've done this for years and have won numerous awards for my campaigns and copy writing.
Everything is recorded digitally in my own studio in 24 bit stereo sound with the latest voice enhancement plug-ins
I have won many awards for the hundreds of jingles I've written and produced as well as numerous voice over commercial productions and copy writing. I'm also an accomplished guitarist, writer and orchestrator an have written hundreds of award winning jingles.
