Shah Mamizadeh | Voice over actor

Born and raised in the city of Montreal, trilingual (English, French & Farsi) with a great aptitude for learning accents and adapting to short lines and making them sound authentic. I grew up in a very multicultural urban city with a public school populated by 3000 kids and 50+ countries. This unique experience was a great asset to learning and understanding peoples from different cultures and walks of life and connecting with them. Growing up my friends called me the "man of a million voices". Having also lived various life experiences allows for a unique approach to any role required or personality to develop as an actor. I also have a background in Audio production techniques as a Sound engineer and Producer/DJ. This also gives me a great understanding of what is needed from the Voice actor from a professional's perspective when the need to deliver a high fidelity recording is absolutely necessary. I have done a commercial, some ads, and a documentary-style travel video (https://comevisitmy-dr.ca/). As an actor, my works are still quite limited but I am moving from being behind the board recording voice actors to now being behind the mic myself. As an engineer who has recorded artists and voice actors for many years, I have developed an ear for what for sells and sounds good and am always striving to make sure the client is happy and satisfied with my performance in any field I apply myself to. Having worked in Music for many years now, I am not shy behind a microphone and like to let loose and have fun also! I try to keep a very positive attitude and hate to waste time when were in the studio because I know in this industry time is money!
