Commercials!
While living in Japan I had several opportunites to do commercials. I had the advantage as I was a native English speaker...and luckily they seemed to request the "Canadian Accent" as it was easily understood. I did several professional commercials from a Massage Chair through to Makeup/Fashion Commercials.
Books and Educational Materials!
This was a lot of fun. I worked one day from dusk til dawn with a great team creating a Japanease Radio type drama for lanugage students. I worked with professional high end voice actors and news reporters. I learned a great deal at this session. I had a chance to work with Japanese studio staff as well.
Commercials, Plays, Theatre Etc.
I have had professional theatre training in University. Since childhood I have done commercials, theatre, and modeling. It has always been fun for me.
I believe that my main training in my Bachelor of Arts...Fine Arts Studies at York University has been my biggest and most profound training. Although I have had many experiences without having a professional degree. It has allowed me contact with many well known Canadian media figures. I am grateful for this.
I am also a licensed teacher, so this has added another dynamic to "my voice". With all my years teaching, I tend to always want to explain, direct, teach, inform, convince...so that can also be viewed as a strength.
I do not yet have my own studio equipment. I believe there are many people in my city that do and I could possibly have access to this.
I believe I have explained most of my experiences above. I would be happy to submit a full CV of my work and studies which are in THE CREATIVE ARTS, EDUCATION, and HEALTH/HEALING.
