I've worked in commercial production (Writing and producing radio ads) for 16 years now - About 5 years ago I started putting my own voice on some of my ads... Then production house's became interested in using my voice for some of their ads. I've voiced hundreds of radio ads and now I've started voicing more and more corporate audio and Game Apps. I've recently been made the voice of the UKRD Academy. I've worked in the UK Radio Industry for over 16 years now. In that time I've voiced hundreds of radio campaigns, ran my own production company for 6 years and am currently Head of Commercial Production for a regional radio station - We voice and produce demos for every campaign so working in the studio is a daily occurrence. This has given me lots of experience, not just in directing voice overs, but in knowing how to get the best read from each take. I have access to full radio production facilities with ISDN link up I also have a home studio where I'm able to record studio quality mp3/WAV audio files I co-presented the 2Ten Breakfast show for a couple of years which gave me enormous confidence for public speaking (On stage in front of 20,000 screaming girls and their parents!) I've also done stand up comedy and Hospital radio.... And as I've said, as a commercial producer I've worked with thousands of voice overs and am very easy to direct
