I'll never forget my first experience with a voice over professional. He shared with me that my voice reminded him of Scott Brick, a popular professional voice over trainer. I was pleasantly surprised. To say that my voice has been an integral part of my life sounds like the beginning of a bad knock/knock joke, but it would be true. I have always enjoyed public speaking, as a minister, a teacher, a coach and as someone who enjoys reading to children. As a child I enjoyed practicing imitating various actors voices as well as making faces in the mirror. Mostly I enjoy making a difference in this world. Being able to contribute to humanity using the gift of my voice is central to my purpose here on the planet.
