About shawn
i easily can go from comedic to dramatic and vice-versa. i quite enjoy playing menacing, villianous characters, anti-heros, and loners, but also comfortable playing the protagonist. there is a bit of a velvety tone in my lower register that can be quite seductive, and also good for movie trailers or tv spots. i am also fond wacky cartoon voices.

- Experience, training, and equipmentbeing an emerging singer/songwriter, i've always used different types of voices to warm up. i'm currently recording an independant concept album akan to harry nilsson's "the point." i've also done voice over work for local plays, and just resently stared in a local short film where i played the biggest nerd you have ever seen or heard. being a musician and vocalist i've learned to manipulate my voice quite well.
