I started my creative career as a young boy in stage and the theatre. I found the memorization and vocalization very forced and difficult. As I grew older I experimented more with Film and Television and was in nearly every Western Movie shot around southern Alberta between 1996 and 2000. I mostly played the "Dead Guy" but I learned alot about this more intimate medium. I spent a number of years performing with a group called "The Young Canadians of the Calgary Stampede" this involved singing and dancing in front of crowds of ~10,000 people nightly at the stampede. Though all of this I learned that what I really enjoyed was using my voice as my instrument. I enjoyed theatre of the mind and how you can work that into your voice. That was when I discovered voice-over and I have been hooked ever since!
