I have cut a number of commercials for various clients, and done a smattering of play by play, football and baseball. I have a regular Sunday afternoon sports talk show here in Austin, Texas. I am a full-time criminal defense trial lawyer, but radio is my first love.

I have access to the KLGO radio studios in Austin, Texas, which hosts my afternoon sports talk show on Sunday afternoons.
I'm a natural at the vocal arts: I've tried over 200 jury trials, and been very successful at connecting with juries, which I think makes me uniquely suited to be a pitch man for any voiceover project. Moreover, I'm a father of five children, so I connect well with all ages. I've done public address for the high school sports teams at my children's high school for sixteen years, and play by play of both high school football and baseball. This spring, I will be the play by play voice of the Southwestern University Pirates baseball team, for their nonconference games, here in Georgetown, Texas. I also recently appeared in Half Ton Killer, a documentary movie, in which I was interviewed as the defense "talking head" expert. The film appeared, and still shows regularly to my knowledge, on The Learning Channel (cable).
