My first stage acting experience was at 11 yrs old when I travelled the USA for 3 yrs in the 1st national tour of "Auntie Mame" w/Constance Bennett. I have been singing & playing piano since the age of 3 and currently I'm a professional singer & pianist. I started doing vocal coaching after graduationg from NYU and still teach voice today. I also have years of experience as a music teacher in the clasroom & privately. Over the years people have told me that I have a great speaking voice live and on the phone. When I call people who know me they identify me from my voice immediately! Even though my voice is distinctive, I can do many colors & characters. One of my favorite things to do is singing impersonations. I look forward to many different kinds of VO gigs so that I can lend my talents to many projects.
I have a Bachelors degree in Music Education from NYU and additional studies at NY College of Music and Columbia. From my acting experiences I have learned voice projection and as a vocal coach I have taught a technique that lends itself easily to singing and speaking. Having been a singer all my life I have worked concerts, cabarets, film & TV, theater & recording. I look forward to a great career as a VO artistd
I have the Zoom HD16 recording studio w/multitrack capabilities and can transfer to mp3s on my computer. I am also a composer and can provide original music and FX as needed.
I have been active as an artist my whole life in music, theater & education. I also have tons of experience working with children of all ages. My people skills are exceptional as I have worked in many professional situations of all kinds. Many of my employers have hired me because of my personability. Although I am not a sportsman per se, I enjoy helping my daughter w/her soccer & swimmimg skills. My liesure activities include reading, crosswords [fanatic!], and billiards. To every gig I have brought professionalism & commitment.
