Throughout the school of life, I have been my own class clown. As a child, I used to make all the kids at the lunch table crack up... it was my favorite time of the day.
As I grew up, I began to find that my voice had to be quieted a lot of the time for the sake of teachers, passerbys, parents, silence. Although this was quite torturous at times... I found that it actually helped to strengthen my inner voice. I became a stronger thinker and began finding other ways to vent my creativity. I took up swimming, dance, yoga, martial arts, singing, art... and it has served me well.
But now, at the ripe age of 25 (just had my 25th Bday yesterday on the 3rd of October), I am ready to unleash my vocal talent once again.
I have never had any formal training on my voice... well, accept for elementary choir... like... literally... elementary school.
I believe that the greatest path to find one's self doesn't have to include school... especially when one wants to find their self!
Even as the lead singer in a band... I have never had any voice lessons. I find it so much more rewarding when I emerge my voice from within. This creates a one-of-a-kind... ME!
I am also a model... this has increased my confidents in my ability to express myself.
