At the age of three, I was used for a modest recording for my Godfather. Throughout the years, I was always in choir, and school always used me to make announcements over the intercom.
For the Bayou City Performing Arts, I played the role of Dorothy of OZ.
For employers, I have been a voice over instructor for demonstration and training videos.
I sing currently with singer-songwriter, Matt Harlan.
Every summer growing up, I attended a voice seminar or took lessons. Currently a college student at the University of Houston, I am 7 classes shy of an Audio Production degree at the School of Communications.
For several years I have participated in theater work, whether backstage or in the chorus.
In high school, I was in the top choirs, where I became more familiar with recording equipment.
People love my voice, so I have finally given into them, and signed up for work in the field.
For professional use, I have access to the University of Houston studio equipment. I have a natural ability for hearing sound and producing accurate pitch and sound, and I am trained in editing. I have used various programs such as Audacity (freeware) Wavepad, Soundtrack Pro, Narrow Wave Editor, and Audio Editor Pro.
For sound effects, I have used my imagination. I once recorded the sound of squealing tires and busting glass for a sound effect for a PSA project in a scriptwriting class. Another time, I went to the park to record the sound of ducks quacking with construction going on the the background. The sky is the limit when it comes to creativity.
For portable use, I carry a Zoom recorder.
I am flexible!! I am open to almost all projects (no adult content, please)
I am hard-working, and OBSESSIVE about it!
I will not flake out.
