I have been acting professionally for over ten years, starting originally in the Washington, DC area where I auditioned on a whim for a business theater production and to my surprise was hired. That first job led to my membership in Actors’ Equity in 1997. I cut my teeth, figuratively speaking, by doing industrials (training films) for various government agencies along with some roles in the occasional movie that was being shot in the Washington area and developed relationships with local casting directors that eventually led to some studio work in the voiceover field.
Some of the clients I’ve voiced for are:
• NTP Software
• Marubeni Itouchu Steel Company, Japan
• Nike
• Sylvania Automotive Lighting Group
• Intel
• United States Army
• U S Department of HUD
• Allied Waste Industries
• Fannie Mae
I have studied Professional Narration and Audio Techniques, Commercial and Corporate Video , Acting Techniques, Stage Movement, Voice, Media Relations and Shakespearean text.
Peter has studied Shakespearean Text at the Washington Shakespeare Theater and taken courses in Professional Narration & Audio Techniques, Commercial & Corporate Video, Stage Movement, Voice with the Actor’s Studio in Washington, DC as well as Acting Technique & Scene Development at the Studio Theatre Acting Conservatory, also in Washington, DC and completed a course in Media Relations and Representation at the Procter & Gamble Learning Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.
