During childhood, Paul Cheney competed in science fairs seven years straight, but still found time to star in four school plays.
Paul received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Engineering Product Design from Stanford University, while concurrently becoming an accomplished pen-and-ink illustrator and Graphics Editor of a daily newspaper.
Attendance at MIT and Harvard Medical School earned Paul a Master’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a job at a Fortune 100 Company. He designs medical products and has earned eighteen US patents and other design awards.
But in between writing software code to trade the stock market and researching his family tree, Paul discovered something wonderful. While reading all the Harry Potter books aloud to his children, he found that they loved his sense of drama as well as all the distinctive voices he gave each character. At this point, Paul decided to seriously pursue a career in voice over.
Paul developed his voice over skills by training with Nancy Wolfson of Braintracks Audio of Los Angeles.
