Back in the cassette age (80's) I did a one liner for an employee training film (Blue Feather Communication) and V.O. for a TV real estate show (Jones and Jones Cable). Also I had some very part time fill-in work for a D J friend at a small local am radio station. I returned to my Speech Therapist career to pay the bills but continued acting and V.O. classes. I am now retired and looking to jumpstart a second career in V.O.
I have been active in theater at the college and community theater level. I have taken many classes and workshops, such as Midwest Radio Theater Workshop, Community College broadcast courses, and even a summer program at R.A.D.A. in London. However my main training has been with The Ted Liss Studio in Chicago where I studied acting, directing and V. O. for a number of years and now with Susan Berkley's great Voice Company.
