I'm looking at this as the next step in my journey, i.e., leveraging my past acting experience to launch a new career, crossing fingers. So I know a little about food, farming, nutrition, breadmaking, and growing organically. Before that I worked in the magazine industry as the managing editor of MacUser magazine for ten years and as a reporter for the newsweekly InfoWorld for three years. So I know a little about writing and editing. As mentioned previously, I was very involved in theater in my school years. In fact, at Summer Jo's I've produced 5 plays that were performed in the context of dinner theatre. We also host musical events, so I am in touch with local musicians.
