About Mithila
Speaking and presenting is one of my great passions. As a child I imagined being a teacher in a rural classroom by turning my door into a blackboard and teaching my school homework to an imaginary class…and as soon as I was fluent enough in dance I was teaching dance to children and adults in my late teens and early twenties. The teaching theme continued after a business degree at Lund university, as a global traveling consultant for 6 years in IT software systems. When I left that world I started a new life and career as an entrepreneur and yoga teacher based in Sweden.
I am Sri Lankan born speaking English and Singhalese fluently and now based in Sweden for over 20 years I am also fluent in Swedish with barely an accent that can be recognized as foreign. Recently I got back into acting and painting and am working on my books within yoga. I have a clear and professional speaking and recording voice and also use my voice as a singer as a hobby and in my work with chanting in yoga.
