About Elke
Well hello there - I'm new to Voices123 (not V/Os), so here we go!
I'm am often told that my Voice has a sweet spot of carrying my warmth, empathy and sincerity, but if "evil queen" or "entitled teen" is what you desire, then I can definitely take you off guard with that. I have worked and trained in video games (I am a gamer myself), commercials, animation, narration, audio books, e-learning, promos etc.
I work from a professional V/O booth from home via Source Connect and can also chime in with Zoom, or record with you in the studio (if in LA). I also work in affiliation with a sound engineer if we need to add a few special effects or music at my end.
I still train regularly in this field as the learning is never-ending and extremely fun. If you're looking for someone who is great with taking direction changes, who can deliver a range of reads, in various accents, then reach out.
I'll only apply for work within my wheelhouse. I'm not here to pretend to do it all, there's always enough to go around.
