I am currently an audio engineer and voice talent for the biggest on hold business company in the U.S. Which gives me experience everyday in the voice over field. Because of the position I have, I know what is required when listening and doing voice overs. I also voice local commercials and healthcare infomercials. Here is a link of an article about me from Spectrio which is the company where I work www.spectrio.com/blogs/spectrio-voice-of-choice-melody-colina/
I learned about having a voice over career at the Connecticut School of Broadcasting. Before graduating I had already landed my first tv commercial and met David Dean with David Dean Productions who granted me voice over and spokesperson opportunities. Thanks to David Dean, I accepted a job offer at Spectrio and been working non stop since.

I am also an aspiring actress. I have worked in several independent films and television commercials in Florida. Part of my upbringing was in Venezuela in which I had the opportunity to land my first job as a dancer for the NBA of Venezuela at the age of 14. I was involved in theater during my college years and I am extremely organized and athletic because I grew up in a baseball family and assisted my father while teaching baseball growing up.
