About Melinda
My voice is warm, sexy, and can be breathy as needed, I also have a great ability to raise my sound and appear younger and quirkier. I have done extensive work with pharmaceutical companies and can do a smooth, professional sound and can read large amounts of complicated copy. My voice is great for educational projects because I have excellent diction. I have worked professionally for over 15 years in ALL areas of voice overs. I love doing it, and have been very successful at it.

- Additional vocal abilitiesI can do all British accents, New York, Southern, and mid western. I can play bratty kids, and their angry moms, I am great with hearing almost any voice and imitating it.
- Experience, training, and equipmentI started in the NY theater almost 20 years ago and was quickly discovered by voice over agents and ad agencies because of the rich and dynamic quality of my voice. Over the years I have enjoyed working in all areas of voice over. Commercials (as the campaign voice for FreshDirect, Armand Hammer, and BMW to name a few), and as a spokesperson for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. I have done many audiobooks and promo jobs. I have also done extensive work in industrials as the voice of The New York Historical Society and was the voice over for the TV show Extreme Homes for HGTV. BA from USC in theatre with a minor in communications. I also studied with the acclaimed Uta Hagen and the HB studios for many years. I did the Shakespeare and Company summer training institute and worked on the Linklater vocal technique as well as studying the Alexander method. Yes, I have access to studio equipment.
