I mostly produce music out of my in-home studio. I did produce a cowboy poetry CD, titled "Reminiscin" by Slim McNaught, which won the "Cowboy CD/Album of the year" from the Academy of Western Artist in 2009. I produced an audio book titled "Wild Places Wide Apart" narrated by Jim Thompson, written by Mel Anderson.
My intent is to really broaden my producing skills by venturing more into the voice over market.
I use Pro Tools for all my recording applications.
I use a Degidesign 002 Rack system, I run Pro Tools 10 in my studio...I have a separate control/mix room, vocal booth for pristine clarity on vocal and instrument recordings. I use Cascade, Steadman and Shure microphones, ART mic pre...Monster cables...
I'm very creative and use that creativity in my songwriting. I grew up imitating just about everyone I came in contact with, so I have quite a wide variety of voices I can use for characterization.
I have a very talented collaborator named Wil Thorpe. He has a very soothing yet strong voice for various applications. He is very diversified in the voices that he offers. Please check out our demos.
Thank you!
