In 2001 attended Atlanta School of Broadcasting and immediately out of school landed a job with a Christian radio station, Glory 1330, as a DJ, News and Racing Reporter. I would report on all of the local racing events by hosting a radio show,THE NORTH GEORGIA RACING SHOW which covered Asphalt racing to Dirt car racing. Also gave highlights of Nascar
racing.While working with Glory 1330 also started working with another local radio station that carried 3 different stations:WDUN 550AM, WGGA 550AM, and MAJIC 102.9 FM. For WGGA 1250, I was the EYES AND EARS OF GA.TECH FOOTBALL as a Sports reporter and also was the Producer of the North Ga. Outdoors. For WDUN I was a on-air personality that gave out News, Sports, Weather and Traffic. Also covered Sports events such as Atlanta Falcons, Gwinnett Gladiators, Atlanta Braves, Ga. Tech, Nascar and high school play by play. I gave up Glory 1330 to pursue other oppurtuntities. In 2005 was a pit reporter for Lanier National Speedway
and then in 2006 was the announcer for Lavonia Motor Speedway, fastest dirt car racing in North Ga. In 2007, became a DJ (General Lee) for a country station, WCON 99.3. Since
being with WCON 99.3 have had oppurtunities to make dozens of commercials.
With over 10 years in the Radio Broadcast Industry,Lee's experience includes on-air work in several formats: Soft Rock, Oldies, Classic Rock, Classic Hits,and Country. Lee also reports on News Sports and Weather. Listeners have always responded positively when they hear Lee in the North Ga.area at WDUN 550AM and on WCON 99.3FM or at local race tracks. In addition, Lee has spent many of hours producing commercials for clients in North Ga. In addition to being a radio announcer and production person, Lee has interviewed famous race car drivers such as Dale Earnheart and Bill Elliott.
