Simply put the only experience remotely resembling Voice overs I have would be singing in choirs, personally trying to duplicate things that I hear, such as video game character voices, movie voices, or random videos like the Epic Rap Battles of History. Something always snags my attention in their videos and I just want to copy it.
I have had some college, originally went for IT Networking, Marketing, and English but ran out of funds to continue my education. Now I'm working at my local Walmart attempting to stockpile enough funds to finish college but I'm not getting anywhere. So I am trying something something that I'm actually good at assuming I can practice first. And that's manipulating my voice.
Simply put here's my issue. I have nothing Except a Headset mic. And no Reflection Filter to soften the harshness of a voice. I know a few people that have a decent setup with mics, filters, switchboards, keyboards, peavey speaker surround sound, and sound tight rooms. BUT they are part of a band and I'll have no access to it. They can be consulted on what to do in any event however so I essentially have the knowledge.
Well aside from being a damn good cashier with my fake cheerfulness and perky sounding Thank you and please stop by again quotes. Aside from what might have been read in the dialog boxes previously I'm not sure what else I have for additional skills. I haven't really been tested yet.
