  I have an inflectionless voice but can put on a Texan or southern twang if needed thanks to years of living in Texas or a French accent that comes from listening and copying my mother all of my life!
- Experience, training, and equipment
  I received my degree in vocal performance in 1989, where I studied opera and acting. I have worked in the telecommunications field for 20 years. During my entertainment career I have sung everything from opera to original rock to jingles. In my technology career I have recorded countless call center menus, contact center menus, IVR, Interactive Voice Response, voicemail, greetings, announcements, queues, on hold announcements, etc.
