I bring my 27 years of radio experience to the table, 22 of them at a news-talk station in Central Washington state. I've voiced hundreds of commercials, ranging from restaurants to politicals, even a livestock auction!! I've also voiced a video describing the creation of the world's largest apple pie.
Associate of Arts Degree in Communications from Bellevue Community College, Bellevue WA.
Included Radio Broadcasting Courses in announcing, production and newswriting.
I own two mixer boards - an eight mixer Sparta board with rotary pots, and an eight-mixer Pyramid board with slide pots. My microphones include an RCA BK-1A, an RCA BK-5A, an Electro-Voice 635A and RE-50. I also have a Tascam 32 Reel to Reel Deck, a Radix distribution amp, and a computer equipped with Cool Edit Pro. I also have easy access to broadcast studios in town.
Since I live in the "Apple Capital of the World," I do have knowledge of the apple industry and how it works. I also have peripheral knowledge of other agricultural industries. I have interests in investing, business and marketing, and naturally, the entertainment industry. I have also had jobs in inventory auditing, and as a teenager, I even worked at a car wash - although I never thought I'd have to admit that to anyone!
